History: 18 years old male, not known to have any medical illness, working at a mechanic shop, sustained a trauma to the Left Eye, in the form of high speed Oxygen cylinder pipe release, striking the Left Eye. He presented to ER, complaining of eye pain, blurry VA and nasal conjunctival redness.
.On examination:
• VA: ...................OD:20/20................................ .OS:20/100
• IOP: ................ OD: 16 mmHg ....................... OS:14 mmHg
.Examination of the left eye showed small conjunctival laceration with scleral show but negative sidle test with normal A/C depth.
