SAAD ALHARBI
  • 55-year-old male pateint presented with On-Off alternating ptosis in both eyes. On examination he has mild limitaion of right eye abduction and he can not elevate both eyes. Pupil sizes are equal and no rAPD. MRI was done and showed no abnormalities. Ice-pack-Test was performed and showed obvious improvement in the ptosis. When the patient was informed about the possible diagnosis of Myasthenia gravis he remembered that he was diagnosed with such thing a year ago and imroved in Mestonine (pyridostigmine) tab.
