SAAD ALHARBI
In this session, we are going to discuss treatment for chronic sixth nerve palsy. A 45-year-old man had surgery 8 months previously to remove a benign intracranial malignancy. He has a total paresis of the right sixth nerve with approximately 45 prism diopters of right esotropia in the primary position and an inability to abduct the eye beyond the midline.
