History: 24 years old female not known to have any medical illness presented to ER complaining of pain, redness, photophobia, tearing and decreased vision in the left eye for three weeks. She is a cosmetic contact lens wearer. No history of truma or surgery.

•VA:................OD:20/20......................OS:20/40

• IOP:............ OD: 15 mmHg................. OS: 13 mmHg
. .Slit lamp examination of anterior segment of right eye was normal. But cornea of the left eye showed the sign in the following figure.
