History: A 23 years old female presented to the retina clinic complaining of poor vision and nyctalopia since birth in both eyes. No systemic illness. Threre is positive family history of the same condition in three other sisters.
— VA 20/300 OU with no improvement with pinhole.
— VA 20/300 OU with no improvement with pinhole.
— Normal IOP ( 14 mm hg OU ).
— Normal Anterior segment examination OU.
