SAAD ALHARBI
History: 25-year-old Yemani male pateint presented to emergency room with five days history of blurring of temporal field of vision and seeing moving thread in front of the right Eye. No past medical history or ocular history.

On examination:
• VA: ..................... • IOP: ..... ... .......... • Color Vision:
OD: 20/20... . . ....... OD: 13 mmHg....... ...... OD: 15/15
OS: 20/20...... ........ OS: 15 mmHg ...............OS: 15/15

Slit lamp examination of anterior segment of right eye show 1+ cell in A/C and 1+ haze in the vitreous as well as 2+ rAPD. Slit lamp examination of anterior segment of left eye was normal. Dilated fundus exam of left eye was normal but exam of right eye showed manifestations that shown in the following photos. (press on the title of this post)
