SAAD ALHARBI
History: 57-year-old male pateint presented to emergency room with one day history of sudden decrease of vision in his right Eye. No past medical history or ocular history.

On examination:

.......................OS: 20/50........... OS: 17 mmHg ...............

Slit lamp examination of anterior segment of both eyes was within normal. Dilated fundus exam of the left eye was normal but exam of the right eye showed manifestations that shown in the following photos. (press on the title of this post)
