اليوم سوف نبدأ بطرح بعض الحالات الإكلينيكية والتي أعتقد أنه من المناسب الاطلاع عليها سواء كونها نادرة أو نظرا لأهميتها. تجدر الإشارة إلى أنه سوف يطرح تاريخ الحالة المرضي بالإضافة إلى صور الفحص ما أمكن بالإضافة لنتائج التحاليل ذات الأهمية ثم أترك التشخيص والعلاج للقراء الكرام حتى يشاركوا بكتابتها في المدونة ومن ثم سوف أطرح ملف كامل قابل للتحميل به جميع تفاصيل الحالة شاملة التشخيص والعلاج
Today, I will post the first case under the category labeled as "Clinical Cases in Ophthalmology" which was planned to include some important cases that I think they are good to be reviewed either because they are rare or important to know. The way that these cases will be presented is as follow: first I will post history and clinical findings with photos as well as some important investigation results then I am going to wait for your comments regarding possible diagnosis and treatment and later on I will post the answer as well as treatment with some discussion about the case.
